Past, present, and future. 25th anniversary

It all started back in 1979, being then a family business and having only five employees. Right now we are celebrating the 25th anniversary and a lot has changed since then.

Slowly, new products are being introduced in the family business, also, in order to investigate and develop new products a laboratory is being created , all this in the search of better alternatives.

From those 5 employees and from almost a handmade manufacturing process, we are now up to 25 employees in the factory and 16 on-the-road salesman , with new generation production lines.

Agerul Industrias Quìmicas, S.L. is gradually spreading its commercial areas. Its initial geographic areas (local and regional) have been long left behind . Nowadays, it is being well implanted at provincial and autonomous region level. Its implantation is spreading throughout other regions of Spain, as well as to other countries such as Portugal and Northern Africa. We are also in the process of possible exportation to other EEC countries.

We can find Agerul in the leading regional and national distribution chains , also in the leading commercial groups of Portugal and within different channels of distribution - Cash, hypermarkets, supermarkets, discounts...- for the household line marketing as well as for the professional line. For that matter, also, we have exclusive merchandise warehouses throughout Spain and Portugal, and our own truck fleet for logistic needs.

At the beginning of 2003 the new plant was inaugurated. Production and warehousing facilities extended, going from 1.000 m to 3.000 m, distributed into offices, R&D, files office , manufacturing, production, warehousing and logistic. Manufacturing and production level also increased, and production lines were updated by acquiring new machinery, etc. All this to make AGERUL INDUSTRIAS QUÌMICAS, S.L. a modern and consolidated company that adapts itself to ever growing competitive markets, and ready to achieve new goals and to grow even larger.

Today we are committed to a significant investment in the latest technology and machinery, and in 2007 we increased our production capacity to satisfy the growing demand of our clients and final customers and overcome all the challenges which the market poses
